Evan Riccoli: An Interview

Greetings, readers! We have a treat for you- an interview with a Riccoli! Today’s interview features Evan Joseph Riccoli, a native to Brooklyn, husband, and father of four. Settle in as we learn more about Evan!

Evan, how old are you today, June 1, 1990? I’m 41.

Who is in your family? My beautiful wife, Francesca, and I have four amazing daughters; Jennie, Hannah, Melanie, and Lily.

Chose five words to describe you. Husband, father, responsible, kind-hearted, helpful to others

What is your favorite food? Spaghetti and meatballs, although if Frannie is cooking – anything!

What is your idea of a perfect day? A Sunday, hopefully enjoying a picnic with my family or a day when we can all be together enjoying each other’s company.

What are your favorite hobbies or obsessions? I like to sleep in! I also enjoy reading and baseball. I have a fondness for the great outdoors- fishing, hiking, and camping with my family. My parents took my sister and I camping a lot when we were young, but I can’t seem to get my girls as into it as we were!

What is your greatest fear? To not live fully, or to die before my time.

What is your favorite childhood memory? When my sister and I were young, we would go on canoeing and fishing trips with our parents. When I was about ten, my father finally let me carry the canoe on my shoulders! My older sister, Jenna, had no interest in carrying it, but I was literally begging my Dad until he finally gave in.

Who do you most admire? My father for being a man I always wanted to emulate. He truly showed me what being a man was all about.

What are your biggest values? Family is my number one value in life. Good friends and good food are second and third. Finally, working hard to achieve my goals and also finding time to have fun and enjoy life.

What is your biggest secret? If I tell you, I may have to kill you.

What does your bedroom look like? Frannie and I have the master bedroom in our apartment. It’s got our king-sized bed facing our upstairs television. It’s good that our bed is so big because at least one or two girls must join us for cuddles! We have our own bathroom as well, a must in a house with five females!

What is your favorite room in your home? The living room, because it’s where I can relax, unwind, and tune into my children. I like when all of us are together and it’s casual enough for jokes too!

What is your biggest pet peeve? People who insist on making the world a harder place to live.

Thank you, Evan. Join us next week, for Francesca’s interview!
